At the age of 19, while pursuing SY BSc IT through Mumbai University Open School, Digant Sharma began his career by teaching IT to First, Second, and Third Year students at Mithibai College.
2006
Joined Dujodwala Products Ltd as CEO – Digital, leading the company’s digital transformation and technology-driven growth initiatives.
2008
Joined Robosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd as President – Marketing, driving enterprise sales of Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and other ERP solutions.
2009
Joined Shazma Yacht International Pvt Ltd as CEO, leading Mumbai’s largest luxury yacht party and experiential event operations.
2010
Led end-to-end web development and digital media marketing for Mumbai Heroes of the Celebrity Cricket League under Digant Enterprises.
2011
Acquired the Master Franchise of FTV Accessories across India, serving as Director – Sales & Marketing with equity participation.
2012
Joined Libas Designs Pvt Ltd, a celebrity designer ethnic wear brand, as CEO leading brand expansion and business growth.
Joined The K Group as CEO, leading the master franchising and pan-India expansion of 90+ brands across cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs, play schools, gyms, accessories, and multiple lifestyle categories.

Joined Harshal Group as Group CEO, overseeing strategic leadership and operations across 10 private limited companies within the group.

Started Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd is the largest Hypnotherapist network in the world which provides professional hypnotherapy, mental wellness, habit transformation, stress & anxiety relief, addiction support, confidence building, performance enhancement, sleep improvement, pain management, child & corporate wellness programs, life coaching, NLP, meditation, breathwork, regression therapy, and online as well as in-person therapeutic solutions.
